Every EZ Tile is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including moulding faults, interlock failure, and structural cracking under rated use. If a tile fails within warranty, we replace it — simple as that.
The warranty covers tiles installed on a sound, level subfloor and used as per the product's rated application. It does not cover cutting damage, chemical burns from unsuited solvents, or cosmetic wear from normal use.

EZ Tiles are a floor you can resell — to us. Because our modular tiles interlock without adhesive, they can be lifted and reused. If your requirement changes — you're relocating, downsizing, or refitting — we'll buy your EZ Tiles back.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?

How do I make a warranty claim?
WhatsApp or email us your order number with photos of the affected tiles. Once approved, replacement tiles are dispatched — no lengthy paperwork.
Which tiles qualify for the buyback program?
EZ Tiles in reusable condition. Because they interlock without adhesive, most installed tiles can be lifted cleanly and qualify.
How is the buyback value decided?
Value is assessed on quantity, condition, and age of the tiles. Ask for buyback terms along with your quotation so the numbers are clear before you buy.
Who arranges pickup for buyback tiles?
Our team coordinates the logistics with you once the buyback is agreed.
Is the warranty transferable?
The warranty applies to the original purchaser. If you're relocating or no longer need the floor, the buyback program lets you recover value instead.
